starting going to gym recently and just looking to get a better defenition!
Supplements
i use xtreme whey proteinCNS Creatine
and CNS Amino
my daily diet is
8am
Oat meal semi skimmed milk and protein shake
10.00 Beef cheese salad sandwich
12.30
2 Breasts of chicken and salad
1 Orange juice
some natural yogurt
2-3pm
2 baked potatoes and olives
5.15
pre workout
1 protein shake and 100 grams of peanuts
7:00 pm gym
8:15 pm
post work out shake
9-10 pm
usually beef, chicken, salad and Veg
any tips would be appreciated Thanks
