Urine is the fluid excreted by the kidneys, stored in the bladder and discharged through the urethra (a small canal) as you relieve yourself by going to the bathroom.
Problems of the bladder are very common and some of the symptoms may include a great urge to empty your bladder, urinary leakage, blood in the urine and pain during and after passing urine.
Some of these symptoms can affect your daily routine and there is a greater focus on the need to have quick access to toilets. However, most of these problems can be treated and cured.
Remember to always drink plenty of fluids (preferably water) to help the kidneys filter your blood and remove the waste products via urine. Passing small amounts of urine may simply be due to a poor intake of fluids.
Men and women have different urinary systems. If you think you have a urinary problem see your DOCTOR.
